If some one has been sentenced to 6.5 years for manslaughter along with two counts of GBH with intent(Section 19) at 5 years each and they are to run cocurrent, what is maximum term they will serve and will they be eligible for early release?

have they served any time on remand already?.

i suppose the maximum is 6.5 years, but will probably only serve abut 1/2 of that if they behave so 3 years 3 months. minus any time already served on remand for this crime
