I have had a letter from above company saying there are unpaid payments due for satellite cover and I have 10 days to settle. The thing is I don't know this company and when I try to phone there is no-one answering the phone.
Has anyone had dealings with this company as their letter is very intimidating.

did you read the link!?
Question Author
Sorry didn't see the link. Have now read it and forwarded it to my husband will now compose a suitably forthright letter and get in touch with Consumer Direct. Thanks for your help.
dont get into any correspondance with them, as you dont owe them anything. speak to consumer direct (trading standards) and perhaps Sky and report it though.

Question Author
Ok I'll do that. Thanks for the advice.
Lots of 'companies' send out bills like this to catch people who don't check what they owe to who. You would be supprised by the amount of people that pay a bill assuming they owe it...
