fresh air machine

About 10 yrs ago while working inside a office i remember they had a small air freshner machine that dident blow fake smells but blew out what could only be discribed as proper fresh air it really did smell of out side it was very roughly about 12 inches wide and 4 inches tall can any one tell me what its called so i can buy one thanx
