problems with bitlord

I have been using Bitlord 1.1 for 3 years with no problems, however the other day I was playing around and changed some settings I think? to give you an example: I click on a film that I've already downloaded ages ago and watched, when I click on it though it goes back to 0%? the gold icon with a blue arrow in it ( sorry I know I sound lame!) Has now got a page round it with turned over corner? When I click it says " Cannot play this media file as the file is either corrupt or the application does not support the format you are trying to play" I know the files arent corrupt because I've already watched them? Does anyone know how to get it back to original settings? Also on some movies I try to open directory and it wont open? Help please, cheers :) :) xxxxx

Try right clicking on the file,look for where it says 'open file with' and choose the program you used to watch it with.It sounds like you may have set it to open with a program that it is not compatible with.

Are you sure you haven`t deleted some of the files by accident, since you watched the films?

I did right click but I think the programme is right its just got the page round it! lol!? Defo havent deleted films x
