Renovation project Paphos

Hi, im trying to find a website which are selling properties in Cyprus that need renovating does anyone know of a site that does this please. Thank you

Just googled renovation properties paphos and it came up with websites, not even going to look at them as it will only depress me as I just love Cyprus and would love to buy if I could afford it but afraid just going to have to do with holidays there, flying out on the 24th Sept for our 8th year of holidays in Cyprus, good luck with your search

Did you i tried that came up with nothing, lol will try again. We are going again 5 Oct my hubby comes from there and we want another holiday home but to renovate, what part do you stay, and where is your villa which you stay in?

Love the Polis and Lachi area people are absolutely brilliant, but we,ve done Coral Bay , Peyia, Argaka and Limassol (dont know if spelling right) The villa holidays were the BEST ever, us 2 and our chums with their family to start with, and as they grew up and went their own way the 4 of us went ourselves. I can honestly say that we have never enjoyed a holiday more than when in Cyprus its like going home when you arrive there, you just feel that where you belong. Hope you were successful this time in finding your websites and good luck.

Sadly, renovation properties in Cyprus are not the bargains they used to be. We bought our house about 3 years ago and thought it expensive compared with 4 or 5 years earlier, but now.......

Anyway, the two sites I'd recommend are www.forsalecyprus.com (Dave & Leanne, who run the company, are very nice helpful people who will help you find somewhere suitable if they don't have anything on their books. I have no connection with them except as a very satisfied client) and www.superiorrealestatecyprus.com
Although we didn't buy through them they provided excellent service while we were looking and the girl who dealt with us is now a personal friend. Both these sites have sections for houses to be renovated. Good luck - you won't regret it! We're very happy in our mountain village home!
