shampoo to thicken fine hair

 I'm trying to grow my hair longer at the momemt, but i need a product to make my hair thicker, any suggestions?

I know of L'Oreal Evive thickening shampoo for men (why specifically for men?) it says it is for fine thinning hair, don't know whether it works or not though

sunsilk are doing lots of thickening shampoos now.  i have fine hair but think thickening shampoos just leave your hair a bit naff - unmanageable and oily.   The thickness is really going to be how you style your hair.

I currently use sunsilk leave in conditioner which thickens your hair - the blue bottle.  It just gives it a bit more oomph.  Try that first. 

To make your hair stronger take an inexpensive daily multi vitamin such as 'One-A-Day'   Your hair likes zinc and biotin and vitamins contain ample amounts of these.

Try 'THICKER FULLER HAIR' range. Boots or Superdrug should sell it. I tried it a few years ago and it worked a treat.
