Im getting really confused with the fox hunting ban? does any body no what has happend? has it completey been band - i hope so!!

In short, killing foxes using dogs has been banned. However as I understand it, hunters are still allowed to use dogs to flush out the foxes as long as they shoot (or whatever the preferred method of killing them is) them. This is seen as a form of pest control.

I was also hoping for a total ban - but I have a sneaky feeling that won't happen for some time yet, if at all.

The relevant law applies to hunting hares with dogs too.But not rabbits.

Yes, and they can hunt rats but not mice.  Let's hope the dogs know the difference!
