connifer tree

my neibhour have connifer tree ( 30 foot high and almost 15 feet wide ) causing me a big probem. this tree is just two meter away from my house wall and next to theboundry wall . slab of boundry wall is dislocating also because of this. I want to know
what is normally the width of the route of conifer tree ( 35 feet high).
what daamage it can do to my house ( as explained it is just two meter away from my wall)

Firstly speak with your building insurance company, even if they don't want direct involvement they should show you the way to go.
