i am a disabled driver and i find that for comfort either a volvo ( i have had 2 x 740 and 1 850 ) or as i have now an audi 100, but i have the 2.8 v6 model, but for comfort and ease of driving  you can't beat the larger motors, hope this has been helpful.

In what way are you/the person disabled?  It might be worth taking the following into consideration as well:

Seating position; view; steering wheel style; indicator/wiper stork functionality/ease of use etc.
