Had it 2 weeks, now it has stopped heating the water?

take it back to the store for a replacement, check the fuse in the plug first though

Silly question but are you sure you`re pressing the right button? Ours has a hot and cold button.

Jakesi im thinking of buying one of them,do they really boil water in 2 seconds and are they not costly on the electricity like kettles are?

It Still works by pumping the the water out, but there is no heat, and yes I am pressing the write button.

its going back to the shop.
