It depends what Siemens advert you're thinking of; the music for the C35 ad is called 'Decadence' by James Radford (someone told me this when I asked the same question), the music for the C35i ad is called 'Under Cover' by James Radford and the most recent Siemens ad features 'Dancing Drums' by Ananda Shankar.
