There are no direct flights, from either Paphos or Larnaca, to any destination in Spain.

Your best route might be to travel via Athens. Olympic will sell you a through ticket from Larnaca to Madrid, at reasonable cost and with sensible connections. (The only downside is that you might need to depart during the early hours of the morning):
