Does someone whom is being investigated have a right to know comments of peoples whom were interviewed regarding the matter although these people have never placed any complaint?

no, the identities of supporters to a complaint would be confidential.

From my own experience of a disciplinary procedure other people can be called as witnesses if required but I think that would be the only way you would know of any other comments made.
