You cannot work:-
1. During school hours on any school day.
2. For more than 2 hours on any school day or for more
than 12 hours in a week when you are required to go to
school.
3. For more than 2 hours on a Sunday.
4. For more than 5 hours on any day which is not a school
day or a Sunday.
5. Before 7am or after 7pm.
6. For more than 25 hours in any week in which you are
required to go to school.
7. For more than 4 hours in any day without a break of 1
hour.
8. At any time, if during the 12 months beginning 1st Jan,
working means that you have not had 2 uninterrupted
weeks of holiday from school.
Baby sitting is excluded from the above regulations.
