I have been sent some posters by email to print. The problem is when I print them I get all the "To:..... From:...." blurb at the top and I can't work out how to print this without. They were originally word documents but they have not been attached as attachments but are in the main body of the email.
Please help - these are for a display on open day!

Ask the person to resend them as attachments.

Or you could try to select all the text in the email (choose Edit then Select All)

Then open Word and select Edit then Paste.

That may work
depends how it's sent .... but it sounds like its in HTML

try right clicking the pikkie and "save as"
or even single left click over the pikkie - Ctrl+C

open an image editor (paint will do)
and edit | paste (or Ctrl+V)

the problem is that they have made these posters with other images on them from the internet so when I try "save as" it just saves the images and not the text...if that makes sense!
not really .... it sounds complicated - why have they drawn a poster in e-mail and not word or publisher?
you could possibly? "save as" each element and re-assemble
you don't say how big .... but display the image - press PrtScr
and paste into paint - or another editor

If huge - and you are careful - you can assemble the bits into one big pikkie - but it's fiddly (but not impossible)
Assuming you can see all the text and pictures in the e-mail then what I said should work.

While looking at the e-mail do Edit then "select all" and all the text and images should be copied to the clipboard.

Then open Word and then do Edit and Paste

This should paste all the text and images into Word.

Then save the Word document with any name you like.

I often do this if I have received an e-mail from a company that I want to keep, that contains a mixture of text and images. It always works for me.
