for int calls
last month i paid 65p
but
bt have charged me for the same phone calls

i do not understand
why they charge
as they are 2 different pho companies

We had the same trouble when we started using a different service for overseas calls. You need to complain to BT and you will (eventually) get your money back. You'll need a lot of patience though. Good luck and keep cool but firm!
