I think either way ... forget it
last time I looked google was capped at 10MB
easiest way is to use winzip or win rar to split the file
splitter (surprisingly?) will do the same
rapidshare will take up to 200Mb
and I got 25Gb free from my ISP
e-mail isn't designed as a file distribution medium .... attachments are just that .... they CAN attach to a message
