i would like to take my name off of my wife and i's mortgage,also the deeds,if possible.how would i go about this,if ,indeed ,it can be done?

Your wife would have to agree.

The mortgage lender would have to be satisfied that she can afford the mortgage in her own right. A new mortgage may have to be negotiated.

You can't take your name off the mortgage without getting it taken off the Registered Title or Deeds.
