do reprimands get wiped from records?

will they show up on a cbr check?

my friend was shop lifting when we where 17 and i was with her so i also got arrested! ive got a job but there doing cbr checks and they said anyone with theft is getting sacked?
will i show up cause thats what i got a reprimand for

Reprimands are not in place after you reach the age of 18 however they will show up on an advanced CRB check as a spent conviction.

well i shoplifted when i was 13 and i have been working in a school so they did a crb check and my reprimand did show up. The police said it wouldnt. so i went down to the police station and told them and they said it depends on the industry because a school has to know the ins and out of the record but other industrys dont!
