drivig without due care and attention

If I am stopped by an unmarked police car with one officer and accused of driving without due care and attention, is the officer supposed to show me the video of the offence while I am sitting in his car ?

e.g. 2 policemen see the same thing, policeman and a witness, policeman and video evidence, speed cameras have the camera and the lines on the road are considered the 2nd set of evidence
The police can still charge you but it comes down to their word against yours and usually the court will believe Mr Plod
I would still fight a case like that but you may well be found guilty and pay more costs/fines etc. although often they would just drop the case
