My friends kept banging on about their raclette cheese thingy. Off they went to france especially to buy some cheese and invited us round for a meal.
It was ok, but, it seemed to me a lot of expense and faff, just to put melted cheese on me spuds!

i am a real foodie and was so looking forward to it.
But I'm a bit disappointed. Is there anything else you can use the machine for?

If you quadruple the quanity of wine to cheese then a good night may be on the cards, I think it's an experience over haute cuisine thing!

ooh in a pickle - I'm sold!
You can buy a raclette grilling machine , There are different types of grills. The one I have bought is a stone cooking surface, ideal for cooking meats especially steak and chicken and also you can cook delicious king prawns in garlic, chillis and ginger in the pans underneath. The ideal way of cooking on the stone is that you do not need any oils or fats , so really healthy

I bought mine from The BBC Good Food Show from a company called Andrew James, They were really helpful and I would certainly reccomend .Their website is :

www.andrewjamesworldwide.com

They have a wide variety of grills and also useful recipes and pics aswell

ooops sorry forgot to do the link :
