tonight I was looking around the site and a amazing thing happened,I was looking on How it works when in a pickle changed to referer 101 and then back to vinnyI00.We know this can happen if you change your user name.I think that im in a pickle has hijacked vinny 1OO.

I'm pretty sure it isn't In A Pickle because if you look a few topics down at "Country of Origin - again" you can see that this referer101 and In A Pickle both appear on the thread. Obviously this would be impossible if In A Pickle was changing his/her UserName in the way you mention above.

Don't forget in could have been similar but not identical... maybe In A Pick1e or anything like that.

And it's probably best not to give the offender (who, according to the AnswerBank Editor doesn't pose any problems at all of course) the "column inches" s/he craves!

If you have more than one user on a computer (Administrators)you can have as many names as you like!!

Im quite happy to out these Fakes,on the tin opener thread(How it Works )VinnyI00 as changed to Referrer101.As far as mentioning the ED and his rules.I think answerbank hasnt got any techies,they just bring in a web designer to update etc.Thats why the ED would rather let a clone vinnyI00 exist,maybe it costs to much money to have this site running professionaly.And if the ED did is job I would not be on here now Defending myself.

I'd just like to add, that I have noticed all the postings from the imposter vinnyl0l has changed to referer101.

Our original In A Pickle is sensible & mature enough not to be doing what is being inferred.

All these problems could be sorted out by AB, but it seems they are falling on deaf ears.

It's a good job you can't get away with all this on Friends Reunited!

I dont know how everyone seems to be able to keep track of whos hijacking who but I can tell you that it's so pathetically easy to have several user names all at the same time. you could have 1 name with a yahoo email, 1 with a hotmail email and another with the email from your server. I have 2 names myself to see if it would work because i was having trouble getting answer notification in the email from my server. The only name i actually use is peanut. I could use the other but i will not get the notifications so whats the point? this one works fine. by the way, just to clear up any suspicions the other is 1peanut
