Curry
5 Answers
Have been on a low fat diet for 3 weeks now for health reasons and am doing quite well, but my family are out for a curry tonight and I want to go too.Usually I have Chicken Korma and rice with naan bread and I always feel stuffed afterwards.
Should I still have the same but only eat half of it or is there something else I could have that is low fat but mild,I don't like spicey, that is why I have Korma but even then I ask for it to be very mild.
Thanks in advance.

If you`re feeling stuffed afterwards you should cut out the naan. I`d suggest eat what you fancy but save half for the next day. Then you`ll have double the pleasure. Just what I`d do, Tina

Thanks for your answers, all very helpful. Took advice from you all and decided to have Chicken Korma and someone only wanted half the rice so we shared.I tried to get the chicken out of the dish without taking too much of the sauce and didn't have the naan (though I was tempted!)Only had 1 poppadom with onion chutney instead of mango chutney as I know there is probably a lot of sugar in that and I enjoyed it very much and didn't feel stuffed afterwards. The best part about it though was that when I got on the scales this morning I hadn't put any weight on so all very successful. Thanks all x
