Hemorroid Surgery Help
5 Answers
Hi
I am hoping someone can help me.
I am suffering with internal hermoroids, the hospital told me they will put banding around 2 of them next time I visit which isin a couple of weeks, and I am really worried, just the checking was so painful.
Has anyone had this done and whatts it like, does it fix the problem as ive read so many issues online.
I got to abroad in Nov and dont want this pain when I go away so want it done but on same note am panicking about the whole thing, so want some advice or someone who may have had this done int he past?
I really dont want a full on operation as im embarrased by this and wont tell my work the full extent but know with the op I would need 2 weeks off work?
Thanks in advance

I had this proceedure, and it's simple and painless. They give you a seriously strong sedative, so that you are virtualy asleep - they need you concious enough to move when the ask you. You will feel the dodcor working on you, but it won't hurt.. You should be fit for work the following day. The hemoroirds with bands on strangle and fall off in a week to ten days - again, painless.
Hope you feel better soon.
