Hi has any body had any dealings with the above firm. Ihave emailed them with several questions but no reply.How do you find out if they have gone bust?

If it had been a UK company which you were enquiring about, I'd have directed you to the web pages of the Insolvency Service, where you can search for records of bankruptcy. However, I've got no idea how to do the same for a Spanish company.

Many thriving and well-respected companies have an abysmal approach to responding to emails. Phone calls to Spain don't cost much. You might get immediate answers to your questions and feel reassured that they're still trading if you call them. On the other hand, if the phone is cut off or remains unanswered, you should fear the worst:
