Limewire & Frostwire

I've got the latest versions of both, but for the last 5 days or so,neither will connect to the network. They just sit there doing nothing (though frostwire does sometimes get a poor connection for about 15 seconds). Any ideas?

Maybe your ISP is blocking the programs,I know some are considering doing this with peer to peer software to prevent illegal downloading of copyrighted materials.
