recipe and method for corned beef / potato ash please?
my daughter has just announced she is making this at school and needs the ingredients and recipe for..............tomorrow morning!!!!!! aaaaggghhhh!!!

Hiya!!...hope this helps-for 1 tin of corned beef you will need 1 medium onion,roughly chopped; and 1 large potato-boiled and cut into 1/2" cubes. Saute the onion til soft,add the potatos and corned beef. pat the mixture down in the pan and fry til if starts to get browned and crispy-turn and do the same on the other side.....serve with beetroot and baked beans.
