how to get rid of fleas

my hubbys dads got a kitten she as fleas they have bathed her flea collars and the spot on and the tablets u can get but nothing is working i said to get some frontline if that dont work take her to the vets.if u have anymore things mite work please tell me thanks

do you have any sort of de fleeing spray in your house? if you do then why not try spraying your pussy with it? it might feel good

please take her to the vet before you try anything else you can't use anything to strong on tiny kittens there must be reason why what you've used already is'nt working sure the vet will come up with simple solution

Frontline spot on can be used from kittens as young as 8 weeks, but I also suggest you buy something to do the carpets with like Acclaim or Indorex.

Frontline spray can be used on kittens from two weeks old, but it is only available from vets on prescription. Most of the over the counter stuff does not work very well, and most cannot be used on kittens.

i get frontline from lloyds chemist its exactly the same as from the vets but its cheaper :- )

If you don't treat the house as well as the cat, the fleas will keep coming back!

Cats and kittens shouldn't be bathed as washing off their naturel oils is detrimental to their coats.

Use flea powder on the cat and the cat will spread the flea powder around the house to kill any fleas.

You defineitly have to treat house as well as kitten. Fleas get into carpets, sofas, wooden floors and must be treated. Products like frontline are best. I found that powder made my cats sick because they try and lick it off.

Don't get your Frontline from a vet- they will charge over �30. Get it from somewhere like Medic Animal Ltd who only charge about �15 for 6 doses!! (and it's the real McCoy)
