Fizzy Neck

Occasionally I get this weird sensation that my neck is 'fizzing'. It's not that I can necessarily hear it, or feel it, but rather it seems to be a combination of the two. Does anybody know what this is?

I get that sometimes but just put it down to pinching a nerve in my neck. It usually happens to me when I twist my neck quickly
