I usually use lean minced beef, a little finely chopped onion, parsley, a little Worchester sauce, salt and pepper. I
Lightly flour if I'm frying them but no flour if I grill them.
Sorry I am no good with timings, I just seem know when there done! But I would say around 15 Minutes cooking time.
I make lamb, mint, and feta burgers which are yummy.A pack of lean lamb mince, couple of ounces of feta cut into very small cubes, handful of fresh chopped mint, all squished together by hand then divided into approx 100grm portions, shaped into burgers (the burger maker they sell in lakeland is brill for this) then dry fry for about 10mins each side.I make them bulk and freeze the extras for another day when i need something quick. :-)
Lean mince ,onion ,fresh breadcrumbs ,
seasoning ,and an egg to bind it together ..
make them to the size you want ...grill
or bbq and enjoy ..its trial and error ..
alter the recipe to your taste ....
I use the same ingredients as theonlyone but I always prefer pork mince (not beef) - Morrisons and Asda versions are very good - it's much less fatty than even lean beef mince.
