Stefan Kizsko, a tax clerk from Rochdale was wrongfully imprisoned in 1975 for the murder of Lesley Molseed from the same town. He was released in 1992 following an appeal but died a year later still only in his late thirties. His mother, who'd stood by him throughout campaigning for justice died a couple of years later.
David Waddington was QC for the defence at Stefan Kizsko's trial.
Lesley Molseed's murderer has never been traced.
