i want to get my hair cut chort. it's very long at the moment so i'm a bit nervous. Can anyone recommend a good place in central london that is �30 or less..?

I very much doubt you will ever get a cut in London for �30 let alone Central London.

A couple of good salons in london are Rush and Toni & Guy. If the issue is price, you could enquire about being a practice Guinea Pig, but you will have little say in what they do.

isn't there a collage of hairdresing that do cheap cuts?

London College of Fashion has a training school. When I was a student there many years ago, I went and they made a mess of my hair, but who knows, maybe they have improved since.
