I have been charged for common assault and am at court tommorow, at first i thought it would be ok but my solicitor said it will not be that good as i have been charged with GBH 3times ABH once and have just finished a 9month refferal order and 150 hours Community service could i have some advice on what might happen so i am prepared??

all i can say is we do not no you not that i condone violence in any way but im not going to judge you because i dont no the full story. however you are lucky its not custodial and i would put this down as a lucky escape and try not to be in a situation like this again and move on in a positive way with your life good luck

my nephew has been charged with 3 abh in crown court the judge said he had to do a tarrif of 3 3months then 2 year extended licence he is on the mappa list
