My dog keeps moaning and vocalizing and she hasn't eaten anything for two days. What could possibly be wrong, shall I take her to the vet? She's 15 months old.

I think you should take her to the vet, if she's not eaten for 2 days something must be wrong with her, and the longer she doesn't eat, the weaker she'll become, so it'll be harder for her to get well again.  Maybe she ate something that didn't agree with her?

Good luck, let us know how things go.

Take her to the vet ASAP, she must be in pain to be acting like that & it could be one of many things. Good luck.

This might sound hard, but I really can't understand why you have waited for two days and then posted on here rather than take your dog directly to a vet.  The poor animal is obviously distressed and probably in pain.  I hope by the time you read this you will have taken her!

A dog that has eaten something bad will either be sick or have the runs. There must be a chance the dog has eaten something which is lodged inside her - stone - sock - etc. Get it to a vet pronto!
