How do you remove bristle hairs that fall off from the paint brush and get stuck on walls et al when painting?

First suggestion is to buy decent brushes - they don't drop hairs (well only very rarely).
When it does happen to me, I pick up the hair on the brush as it happens, and dunk it on paper to transfer it there. If this happens more than twice in an hour's painting, I consider myself unlucky.
If it's dried on, you are doing to have to sand it a bit to remove and touch up.
Buildersmate is right; buy good quality brushes. But they will also shed a few bristles when first used unless you do the following:

1. Wash new brush in warm water and dry off.

2. Always ' flirt' the bristles before use to expel loose bristles.
