Grants etc for Teaching degree

I plan to start a 1 year teaching degree this Sept. I know about the �6k grant from the TTA, however does anyone know of any other grants/ bursaries available from any other orgs?

Any other hints of getting some money whilst doing my PGCE would be great. 

I currently work full time and enjoy a very nice salary. It's gonna be a bit of a shock to the system!

I know that Barclays and other banks do loans for students on postgraduate courses- career development I think. You can borrow up to 8 grand and don't have to pay it back until the course is over AND you have a decent job. You could ask the Student Union of the College you are going to about further funding and grants available.
