Well went and got the seabass frozen, it says on the box best to cook from frozen, then his recipe says defrost fish oh well,not buying the fresh corn, have some frozen cobs in the freezer,will defrost them and use, so its baked sea bass, with sweetcorn and cherry tomato salsa, oven baked potato wedges,steamed broccoli, and a nice glass of chilled chardonnay,i must admit the fish do look good!!!
