I have just made the phall to end all phalls. 3 medium onions, finely chopped and burned in butter ghee, a few spoons of ginger/garlic/chilli puree, a few spoons of mashed hot green chillies, two chopped Dorset Naga chillies, a jar of Pataks Vindaloo sauce, a tin of chopped tomatoes, a tablespoon of black pepper, 1500g of King Prawns. Freezes to 4 reasonable portions.

sounds a bit tame to me wiffey. 2 chillis. I could eat them in a mouth full

Dorset Nagas? I think not.
i tried them they not that hot. maybe for the average person 2 is v hot but I thought u ate them all the time?

LOL !!!!!

I have 3 large bags of Dorset Nagas in the freezer and I can assure you, they are HOT, hotter even than Jamaican Hot Chocolate Habaneros.

Chillies are proof of the existence of God.

Sounds very nice although I think I'd like rather a lot of the mint yougart stuff to accompany it. Not srue abut the prawns though, with all those flavours wouldn't a meat like beef or lamb be better? Just a thought.

Either way, it's just cold enough tonight that provided I had the yougurty balming goodness, I might just be able to swallow more than one spoonful of that without getting the curry sweats.
Will this be hot enough for my curry-loving daughter??.......What can she substitute for the Dorset Naga heatwise???
nagas have 855,000 on the thingy scale, and even scotch bonnets are just 300,000

normal green chilli about 30,000

hot red chilli 70,000

read it in a magazine when i got my takeaway

so ithink wiffys curry will be a bit hot
Sheeeesh!!!......would rather not see the inside of whiffs mouth!!........think I will advise daughter to stick with bird eye chillies........ ;-)
