Why am I still alive?

Well its been a dreadful morning so far. After been woken up by the familiar wriggling of maggots in my bottom. Anyway I was dreaming about eating some Belgian chocolate last night. When I awoke though the reality was a lot worse than my dream. Basically my colostomy bag had got to full that it had a little tear in it. Because of the sudden build up of pressure it projected my own excrement into my mouth whilst I was asleep. It went all over my bald head too. I again and smeared in my own feces. All I can think of is when I was young and happy. I feel a bit sick. Oh no my colostomy bag is starting to bubble again.
