How can I use my Laptop in two different houses, i'm with Wanadoo Broadband and was wondering is it possible and will it work out quite expensive, it costs me 28 a month with Wanadoo anytime but I would like to use it from another house as well as I split my time between my house and my girlfriend's house.  Cheers

Yes it is possible, but as it's ADSL, the phone line at your G/F's needs to be able to support it. A call to BT should let you know whether the line will. Then as dial-up all you will need is your user name and Password, I do this with my ADSL and the same ISP.
Any Broadband service is specific to a particular 'phone line, and is routed direct to the service provider. That is why you do not need to dial up, but are always on line when using Broadband. If your girlfriend has broadband you can connect to the internet using her service provider, but otherwise you will have to make do with dial-up, or you could always subscribe to a broadband connection for her!

My girlfriend isnt really interested in computers unfortunately and that's why I was hoping if I could just use my Laptop at her house rather than use dial-up as I know she wont allow that, I was hoping I could just use it with the same 28 a month that's taken off my card each month but just do it inbetween my house and her house. Cheers for your answers
