i have 2 ccj,s against me for non payment of gym fee and mobile phone 3 years ago..................i am since in employment am married now and would like for my wife not to be affected by my past financial mistakes............my wife is from thailand and has been in uk for 1 yr now,,she is in full time employment and has 5 year resident visa....she has national insurance number and pays her taxes..........
can she get credit ? as in an overdraft ? can she apply for mortgage? or if she wanted to get a mobile phone contract ? or something on hire purchase ? i hope i havent affected her by my stupidity...

I doubt she'd get a mortgage as her Visa may be refused when the 5 year one runs out. It's hard enough for anyone to get a mortgage at the moment.
The easy way round it is for you to clear your debts.
