Does anybody else find themselves slightly addicted to this website?

I am at work and have hardly done anything all morning because I have been on here (boss is out!). I found this website last week and have been on quite a bit since.
Maybe the novelty will wear off????? Any thoughts?

it seems to me, as a relative novice, that the same people are on here, it's just that they're changing their usernames all the bleedin' time.

No it doesn't wear off, i joined in early 2004 and though i have had a couple of unplanned absences, i always return. I stayed even when the first CB was pulled cos of the imposterers and abusers, and then through the dark times when Body & Soul was under siege from the imposterers and abusers.

It's quite good still for info, but the new ed has his work cut out stopping the numpties spoiling it in this topic

SazzyCo, I like speaking to English people on here, they are all very friendly. You must be on your guard against one person on here, he has already attacked you and will do so again. He is obsessed with sleaze, do not post any personal information about yourself.

I nevr thought i'd get bored of this place but I hardly come on these days, the novelty has definitely worn off for me. I've made some lovely friends here and I know those friendships will last a long time.

I wouldn't say addicted, 'cos I only pop in now & again these days.

However, since I joined in 2002, I've come across some really nice, friendly, genuine AB'ers. You'll all know who I mean. ;o}
