2 up printing of PDFs

How do I print an A4 PDF page 2 up? I can print Word documents in multiples no problem but a PDF is causing me grief!

Pretty much the same way you would a Word document:
Click File/Print
In Print Range section, click Pages
Type in 2-x (where x is the last page you want to print)

Thanks for this ... but been there done it and it doesn't want to work. All I get is a single A5 sheet printed on one side of the A4 page
