In the new clairol advert for Herbal essences,, is the old lady in the bed Maureen Lipman,

The older actress is not Maureen Lipman but her voice is, i.e. voiced over. I hope this helped, looks like you're both right

I am amazed that they would bother to voice over a commercial, as if anyone cares.

Are you serious, netibiza ??

I suppose these television campaigns only cost from a few hundred thousand pounds up to millions of pounds, so why worry if a voice isn't quite right?
