I live in Grays, Essex and need to take my mother for an appointment at 11am.

How long should I allow? I thought I would go up the A13 to Burdett Road and then up to the hospital.

Google maps reckons its 39 minutes, but that's not allowing for traffic. I don't want to be late and equally don't want to be very early either!
