Why are people always shouting "equality" and "racism".  I was a teacher inSpain for an international school and if any child needed special help they got it.  Also my own child was born in Spain and had special lessons in the language when she needed it - did I shout Racism - of course not, I was grateful that people saw a problem and helped.  Am getting fed up with civil rights.  It's getting out of hand.

I don't think discrimination (negative or positive) are really civil liberties issues.

That's more to do with the prospect of getting fined for walking out of your house without your ID card.
