Hitachi Hi-fi AX-M131U

I have just purchased an Hitachi Hi-Fi Component system with FM and DAB radio. I have followed the manual to tune and preset the FM stations (which work fine). Trying to tune the DAB stations as the manual states using both the Full scan and Quick scan indicate all channels are available but the manual does not indicate at all how to stop on any one DAB radio station or how to preset any stations nor are any stations retained / moved to during the scan process in order for me to listen to them other than TLKSPORT - not one I would choose for regular listening!!. The manual is not at all helpful - indeed it appears to indicate that the system will 'do it itself' - in other words that the set up is automatic. HELP.
