Regarding spam

Please has anybody the remedy to remove incoming SPAM mail for ever? Surely there is a method to save me having to delete all this rubbish every time I switch on the computer. If anyone can help, I would be more than grateful and thank you very much in advance.

if you have an account on gmail or hotmail, they use spam filters (hotmail's seems to be working well at the moment, Ihave hardly any; gmail get the spam together in a separate folder which you can empty or ignore, in which case it vanishes after 30 days). I haven't had one for months via Outlook Express, either.
