I have 1 e-mail sender that is a friend but it keeps arriving in the delete folder anyone any ideas
prev computer gone very slow
  
next Virus(i think!)

Presuming you are using Outlook Express.... click on the Tools menu tab on top, point to Message Rules, and then click Blocked Senders List. Select the sender or domain, and then click Remove.
