Is there a compatible printer?

My printer has just decided to stop working, it has been going funny for a while now and is nearly 10yrs old. So I need a new one but my problem is I have just bought 2 new cartridges for it which were buy one get one free therefore I can't return them. I don't really want to have to waste the ink so is there a printer that will take the same cartridges? The printer is a Lexmark Z708 and the cartridges are Lexmark 120. I'm not after anything fancy and don't need to print photos or anything, just the cheapest will do!

Sometimes there is a list of printers that the cartridge will fit on the box it came in (HP and Epson do). Or try looking on the manufacturers website
